THE RON PAUL ROCKFEST

A fundraiser for presidential candidate Dr. Ron Paul

July 18, 2007- Atlanta: thinkLIBERTARIAN.com is proud to announce that its third fund raising concert will be held for presidential candidate Dr. Ron Paul of Texas (www.ronpaul2008.com) on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at Smith’s Olde Bar in Atlanta, Georgia (www.smithsoldebar.com).     

Though originally scheduled for Friday October 26th, the fund raiser will now take place one day earlier on Thursday, October 25, 2007.

‘Though we don’t even have the music lined up yet, we couldn’t wait to start getting the word out.” says Mark Augustyn, founder of thinkLIBERTARIAN.com.  “What Dr. Ron Paul has done for liberty and libertarian principles in the last two months has been amazing.  It’s an honor to have the opportunity to organize one of our fund raising concerts to benefit his presidential campaign.”

Like its two previous fundraisers for the Libertarian Party of Georgia (each raised $1,000 for the state party), the fundraiser for Dr. Paul will include multiple bands and artists, with the door proceeds going to Dr. Paul’s campaign.  

Mark goes on to say, “Via this press release, and on behalf of myself, and all of the other Ron Paul supporters here in Georgia, we would like to formally invite Dr. Ron Paul to attend the concert in October if his schedule can accommodate it.  Atlanta would love to have you sir and who knows, if you come, maybe we’ll have to find a larger venue!”
